SOAP MAKING PROCESS

Pour the Palm kernel oil in the mixer or container, and add caustic soda solution and please, keep stirring. After some minutes of stirring, add soda ash and stir again. Add sodium sulphate and the sweet smelling perfume. You already know the color of soap you want, go ahead and add the coloring. It could be yellow, blue, pink, red etc.

When that is all done, pour the liquid soap in your mold, which has already been covered with nylon. After that, leave if for 3 hours for it to go solid.  Remove the nylon and cut the soap into various sizes of your choice.

Then it’s time to package them in your branded and sealable waterproof and supply to all your networks.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COLD PROCESS AND HOT PROCESS

According to handmadesoapcoach, there are two basic ways to make solid bar soap; hot process or cold process.  The difference include using external heat, the time it takes to saponify, curing time and the finish of the soap.
